ROTUNDA is a light and robust armchair designed by architect Jack Ränge 1958.
The chair was originally designed for the Dance palace Rotunda at the Gothenburg amusement park Liseberg, where the chairs still are in use. Re-intruduced to the Gemla collection 2017.

ROTUNDA is with it's comfort perfect for the meeting room as well as the large restaurant. The chair is with solid bent wood very strong and durable, built to last for decades.

Made in solid bent ash with soft seat upholstered with horse hair and certified wool, and is also available with upholstered backrest.

Its lightness, high comfort and well balanced design made SUNFEATHER immeadiately appreciated both in private homes as well as public interiors.

T13 is designed by Mats Theselius 2013.

Through his characteristic design language Mats Theselius has with T13 created a modern interpretation of the traditional bentwood technique, where craftsmanship and experience is challenged to the outmost.
 

Thanks to its ingenious construction the T13 is both light and comfortable, while the strength of the solid bent ash and sturdy vegetable tanned leather guarantees for long term durability. Materials which will grow more beautiful over time with the right care.

HUMBLE is an oversized and generous armchair based upon the bent wood tradition and skills at Gemla.
The challenge was to develop a comfortable armchair where the solid wood and steam bent technique was visable. All in a contemporary and confident way.
It all ended in a very cosy and comfortable armchair with a simple construction with a large inviting bent wood armrest. The seat is very comfortable built up in a classic technique with webbing and all natural materials. The back cushion have great soft and fluffy feeling.

Simply a comfortable armchair that is suited for any lounge area. In a hotel or at an office or at home.

HILMA SPINN is created with our new ways of working in mind. HILMA SPINN is just as useful at the office and meeting room as well as at the home office. Or why not around the dining table?

HILMA SPINN is made with a comfortable sculptured backrest with small armrests, steambent in one solid piece of ash, completely without joints. The elegantly curved frame of hand welded steel is cleverly suspended on rubber cushions for a soft seat comfort. The petite wheels in combination with the fixed base places HILMA SPINN steady on the ground, yet very easy to move around.

The seat is comfortably curved with generous upholstery of hairlok and wool, dressed in vegetable tanned leather or textile.
The light and strong construction makes HILMA SPINN suitable even for environments with hard wear.
