WIEN is upholstered with natural horse hair and wool to ensure highest comfort and sustainability.

WIEN is offered in several different color versions and with seat of vegetable tanned leather or textile.
Also available as chair without armrests.

VIENNA is a light armchair in the traditional Wiener café style. VIENNA is one of the earliest Gemla models, designed already in 1907.

Perfect for the little café as well as the office meetings room.

The chair is with it's bentwood details both comfortable and durable, made to last for generations. VIENNA is with wooden seat extra suitable in tough environments with heavy ware.

VIENNA is made in solid steam bent beech with wooden seat, treated with a VOC-free hardwax oil.

ROTUNDA is a light and robust armchair designed by architect Jack Ränge 1958.
The chair was originally designed for the Dance palace Rotunda at the Gothenburg amusement park Liseberg, where the chairs still are in use. Re-intruduced to the Gemla collection 2017.

ROTUNDA is with it's comfort perfect for the meeting room as well as the large restaurant. The chair is with solid bent wood very strong and durable, built to last for decades.

Made in solid bent ash with soft seat upholstered with horse hair and certified wool, and is also available with upholstered backrest.
ROTUNDA is offered in several different color combinations.

CATTELIN is one of Gemla's most classic and robust chairs, designed by Axel Kandell 1948 for restaurant Cattelin in Stockholm.

It's solid bent contruction makes CATTELIN almost indestructible, and is by that reason one of the most popular chairs of all time. The story tells that the designer threw the chair through the window from the third floor, to prove it's strength. The chair didn't break.

CATTELIN is made of solid beech, with soft seat upholstered with horse hair and certified wool.

HUMBLE is a light yet generous sofa based upon the bent wood tradition and skills at Gemla.

In HUMBLE contemporary design is combined with classic fabrication techniques and materials, where the frame of solid steambent ash plays a leading role.
A cozily inviting and comfortable sofa with a clear and visable contruction, where the gently curved frame embraces the generously upholstered cushions.

The seat is very comfortable built up in a classic technique with elastic webbing and all natural materials. The back cushions have great soft and fluffy feeling, filled with natural wool.
Additional side cushions are offered on request.

Simply an elegant and comfortable sofa that is suited for any lounge area. In a hotel, office or at home.

The designer has with a careful hand balanced it's form into a timeless design, between the contemporary and classic.

The bowl-shaped seat is padded with a generous natural filling, dressed in vegetable tanned leather or natural textile, offering a superb seat comfort.

The elegant armrests offers just the right comfort without being in the way.
It's clever design allows it to slide under most tables, as well as possible to hang onto the table top.
